The cooperative and competitive multiplayer zombie game Back 4 Blood received an update today with new features, additions, balance updates and bug fixes.

The biggest feature in update 1.08 today is Full Deck Draw mode. It allows players to play all 15 ability cards in their deck at the start of the campaign instead of picking one card per level, and works on all difficulties. Developer Turtle Rock Studios said some difficulty has been rebalanced for this feature and is looking to add more modes in the future, such as Orderly Draw and Full Random Decks.

The other new feature in the update is the new player kick system, which will hit players when they’ve been idle for too long or deal too much friendly fire damage. The studio said the feature is not final and believes a traditional vote-to-eject system can be “exploitable and toxic”.

The update also adds new banners, sprays, emblems, 12 burn maps, warped chest corruption maps, player skins, and legendary accessories. The official patch notes detail a huge list of changes for maps, weapons, competitive Swarm mode, and more.

Back 4 Blood is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
