Canton of Bethel

Natural Death – On November 15, 2021 at approximately 7:01 p.m., PSP Jonestown was dispatched to Block 00 of the Lebanon Valley Court in Bethel Twp. to check on the welfare of a man who was inside the residence and whom we had not heard of. Entry was made and a man was found dead inside the residence. The investigation into the victim’s death revealed that it was natural. The victim was a 55-year-old Lebanese.

Township of Jackson

Theft by deception – On November 15, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., State Police responded to Hilltop Rd. With a theft report. Through the investigation, it was determined that the victim provided an unknown person with the card numbers valued at $ 3,000.00 in Target gift cards. The victim believed she was paying for a virus to be removed from her computer. The victim never received any gift card service and received no refund. The victim was a 43-year-old Myerstown man. The stolen goods included gift cards valued at $ 3,000.00 valued at $ 3,000.00.

Township of Millcreek

Vehicle accident – On November 21, 2021 at approximately 7:05 a.m., this accident involving three vehicles occurred in the 100 block of East Main Street in Millcreek Twp. This accident occurred as Unit 1, a 2017 Toyota Camry, driven by Operator 1, a 49-year-old woman from Bethel, was heading east on East Main St. Unit 1 left its lane and unit 2 in the back, a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, driven by Operator 2, a 49-year-old man from Newmanstown. The initial impact occurred when Unit 1 hit Unit 2, causing crippling damage. Unit 2 was pushed up, causing the rear of Unit 2, a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado, driven by Operator 3, a 54-year-old female from Newmanstown, causing minor damage to the contact. Unit 1 came to a permanent stop in the westbound taxiway. Units 2 and 3 finally came to a stop on the shoulder of the eastbound taxiway. Operator 1 was cited for driving on busy roads. Operator 1 was wearing her seat belt at the time of the accident. Operator 2 and Operator 3 were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident. Operator 1, Operator 2 and Operator 3 suffered no injuries as a result of this accident.

Borough of Myerstown

Commercial Burglary Without Force – On November 21, 2021 at 11:57 am, PSP Jonestown responded to a burglary at Myerstown Community Park. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Jonestown at 717-865-2194.

Municipality of Swatar

Flight – On November 21, 2021 at 9:37 p.m., the victim entered the Jonestown PSP to report the theft of a tent canopy, dog bowls, surveillance camera and a green Patagonia jacket that was in the woods from a lost dog decoy site. The incident happened on Iron Bridge Road. and Old State Road. PSP Jonestown is investigating. The victim was a 28-year-old woman from Annville.

Canton of Union

Flight – State Police responded to Lickdale Rd. With a theft report. Through the investigation, it was determined that one or more unknown actors entered the property between November 8, 2021 around 12:00 p.m. and November 14, 2021 around 12:00 p.m. two beach cruising bikes, valued at approximately $ 100.00 each. The unknown actor or actors then fled the scene by unknown means in an unknown direction of travel. The victim was a 59-year-old man from Jonestown. The stolen goods included an Unknown Baby Blue And White Beach Cruiser, valued at $ 100.00, and an Unknown Dark Blue Beach Cruiser, valued at $ 100.00.

Drug possession – On November 21, 2021, a routine road check was carried out. The operator was found in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. The soldiers are investigating.
