Geisinger Trauma in conjunction with Mifflin County School Districts, PennDOT, Highway Safety Network, Pennsylvania State Police, Mifflin County Regional Police, and the PA Liquor Control Board. The event featured driving simulators that students and staff can participate in that demonstrate the dangers of distracted driving. In addition to these simulators, representatives from PSP and MCRPD were on hand to provide training on responsibility for what can happen to an impaired driver. There were also plenty of impaired goggles that students and staff could try on to complete tasks while wearing them. There were prizes to be won as well as several printed educational materials.
