PSP Arrests New York Man After Massive Union County Crash | New

WHITE DEER TOWNSHIP – State Police arrested a New York City motorist in a rollover accident on Wednesday near the municipal building in White Deer Township in Union County.

Private Kyle Thorpe, State Police in Milton, charged George Caraballo Feliciano, 30, with two counts of aggravated vehicle assault while DUI, eight counts of recklessly endangering another person, seven counts of endangering the well-being of a child and two counts of DUI.

Feliciano remained jailed Thursday on $ 40,000 percentage bond, or $ 4,000, set Wednesday night by Magisterium District Judge on duty Jeffrey Rowe, Lewisburg. A preliminary hearing is set for August 3 before Magistrate District Judge Jeffrey Rowe, Mifflinburg.

According to arrest documents, Feliciano crashed a Toyota Highlander at around 5:44 p.m. on Baker and New Columbia roads. The vehicle reportedly rolled over and caught fire after hitting a utility pole. Thorpe wrote in the arrest papers that the vehicle was still on fire about 10 minutes later on arrival. All eight occupants, including Feliciano, were out of the vehicle at the time, he said.

Two passengers, including a minor, were seriously injured, according to arrest documents. The other five passengers were minors, according to arrest documents.

Feliciano smelled of alcohol, showed physical signs of intoxication and was taken into custody on suspicion of impaired driving, according to arrest documents.
