EpiXR Games is starting to make a name for itself. With the Aerial series in their back catalog, and Fly life walking by his side, they know how to do a fairly relaxed and fairly laid back affair. So we don’t really know what they’re up to with Murder Diaries.
Available for purchase and download now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, early thoughts on Murder Diaries point to a dire scene, as a killer rampages down, mowing everything in front of them. One would assume that you would be the detective at the scene, trying to make sense of it all.
But then we look at the trailer and the screenshots and understand that this is an EpiXR Games game, and just like those that came before it, there is a bit of serenity in the house. .
At least, that’s the vibe we get from Murder Diaries, but the accompanying blurb still tries to point out the bad guys.
Either way, this will require you to try and figure out what exactly happened (as we suspected), but instead of playing a character, you seemingly follow the storytelling and the life of a man and his people. thoughts. It’s up to you to piece the story together, floating freely from storyline to storyline, grabbing clues and filling yourself with lore. In that sense, we’re well prepared for what it offers and we’ll make sure everything is detailed in our review – spoiler-free.
