What time is F1 2021 coming out?

The exit date and time for when F1 2021 will be released is 00:00 BST on PS4 and 01:00 BST for Xbox one July 16.

As for the PC, it will launch on Steam at 5:00 p.m. BST on July 16 according to its countdown. Just to let you know, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One times also apply to their next-gen counterparts, PS5 and Series X / S.
